My oh my. Tuesday is my day set aside for "Vanessa-time" I have a hard time acclimating to this weird social schedule that my friends have insisted upon, and so on the day when none of my friends are around (pesky work schedule) I run errands, straighten my room, clean the bird cage, let the birds out for a quick fly, watch the new releases of the week. I find when I am run-run-running all weekend, even if that is just a slow weekend of vegging on a friends couch and eating pizza while introducing them to my dvd collection, i need time to unwind and catch up... Most of my friends make fun of my need for alone time. It's kind of a necessary evil. I think it comes from my years as a nerd and only child.
