I think one of my birds (Jacques Cousteau) has caught a cold. It wouldnt be surprising, with the request the I leave the door open so the dogs can go potty. (We Think holding his bladder too long caused Newman undo stress.) Anyway, I went to pull out my pedialyte bottle but it was expired, so I put the heating pad near where they perch and my mom said she would get me a new bottle on her way home. On another note, now that I am into cleaning my room, with a biweekly dusting of my wood blinds, I like to keep my blinds open. Our grass is super green. The roins have been pecking around. I am not sure if they are actually eating anything or just like the way the ground feels. I looked out and saw five of them at one time. Now thereis only one, as the neighbor dog ran through our yard and scared them all off. The scary thing is that I don't live in a suburban setting. It's extremely Rural. And I live in the middle of the woods. We have a cleared out acre or so or 5 acres, on which our house, shop, and a good sized front and back yard. the rest is woods. Yet, the neighbor dogs deem it necessary to frequent our yard, as though it were the hottest joint on the block. Just yesterday the neighbor's labs came and shredded our garbage. The other neighbor's dog, a mutt, was Newman's baby-mama. Oh - Now there are 2 Robins. I wish my Camera was working, I would take a picture and post it. I think I will add it to my tuesday task list to blog. Vanessow |
