My parakeets were having a fit. Unsure why. Whitey was on the floor looking at me and Jacques Cousteau looked proud of himself. Also, the heater was on 72, so I couldnt breathe. I think I need a humidifier, as I am super dry when i sleep and usually it ends up waking me up, only this time i am up up, as i was exhausted yesterday and fell asleep around 7pm. My friend Andrea came over and helped me clean, rearrange, and reorganize my room. It was very helpful and motivating. She did a great job. It looks so much more open now. I am wondering if the heat is too hot up for the birds. . . I put them on top of my art armoire, about two feet higher than then were on my mahogany chest. My chest is kind of the focal point of my room now, at the end of my bed, which is at a 45 degree angel from the base wall, parellel with the first slant of the bay window. We took the stand my printer was on and put all my electronics that are attached to my tv on it. (Dvd player, playstation, sub woofer, satelite) and then i put my pink eiffel tower paper lamp, without the lamp, on top. it looks cute. Anyway, the heater kicked on again. I am dying. Damn those early risers who turn on the heat when the wake up. UPDATE: 1:15pm Both Birds are fine, so it seems. I cleaned their cage and let them fly around my bedroom for an hour or so while i did it. Vanessow |
